This form processor for this form, collects and validate the name, e-mail, department, message and priority and saves it to the Absolute Form Processor database.
It also forwards the form to the selected department and sends an autoresponse to the user and displays a "thank you" message.

Please note that the message will be forwarded to tech@yourdomain.com and sales@yourdomain.com which are invalid e-mail addresses, you'll need to update them with your own information.
