Log into the system
You'll be logged as the system administrator.

Launch The Live Monitor
Once you log in, launch the live monitor by clicking the "MONITOR" button from the top menu.
Request Support to Yourself
Click the button below to request support to yourself. Watch the live monitor window for the alert of an incoming request. You can also track yourself on this same page.
NOTE : This button might show as on-line as other users might be using the demo at this time. You will only be able to chat with yourself.
