Once you log in, launch the live monitor by clicking the "MONITOR" button from the top menu.
Click the button below to request support to yourself. Watch the live monitor window for the alert of an incoming request. You can also track yourself on this same page.

Once the representatives are logged in, they can track visitors moving on the site and proactively invite them to a chat. You can see how these invitations work by clicking the button below. NOTE : On this demo you can only track and send invitations to yourself only and on this page. This button simulates an invitation sent by one of the system representatives to you.
