First off let me say you have done a great job with this product. I am a Microsoft veteran of many years and very much appreciated the design of the system and the excellent user manual.
I installed everything in about 1 hour and spent another hour customizing the look to match my site graphics. Now it looks like a seamless part of our website. This is EXACTLY what I wanted. I don't have the site complete, but the fact that I was able to get Live Chat in there so fast was fantastic!
